Dates to Remember

All Religious Education programs have been postponed till the A.O.D. gives us the go ahead to resume sessions.  There are no retreats, and no sacramental celebrations at this time.

Masses: We ask that you watch our Masses here at St. Linus Parish on Sunday mornings at 9am and 11am from either your WOW or Comcast Religious Stations. You can also watch the mass from the Blessed Sacrament Cathedral on Sundays at 12 noon. Go to their website fro more information.

Here are two prayers that the A.O.D. has recommended that we pray:

The Memorare

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thine intercession was left unaided.

Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my mother; to thee do I come, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer me.

A Spiritual Communion:

The ultimate goal of our lives should be communion with God and an act of spiritual communion can help a person draw closer to that goal.

My Jesus,
I believe that You
are present in the Most Holy Sacrament.
I love You above all things,
and I desire to receive You into my soul.
Since I cannot at this moment
receive You sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace You as if You were already there and unite myself wholly to You.

Never permit me to be separated from You.

You can also go to : Holy Heroes at for weekly updates on the Gospel Weeklies.

Also: Did you know that I have packets for you in the Narthex of the church. Come Monday through Friday from 9am till 4pm to say a prayer and pick up a packet!
